Manufacturing of the Vision Products

Vision maintains total control and supervision over the process of creation of its products – from developing formulas and searching for ingredients to the manufacturing process, packaging, storage and delivery of the end products.

All Vision products are manufactured only at the Company’s own plants that comply with the strictest QC requirements, like location in the ecologically safe area, well-qualified employees, as well as the certification of the plant as per the exact list of standards. One of the main requirements to the manufacture is obtaining the GMP certificate (Good Manufacturing Practice). GMP certificate includes the set of standards and regulations for manufacturing pharmaceutical products and some types of food. GMP standards allow to provide for the correspondence of the product quality to the given parameters.

GMP certificate confirms that the products have been manufactured in strict compliance with the announced formula; in conditions, excluding permeation of extraneous substances inside the products; and packaged as required, which guarantees that all the products’ properties shall be preserved within the shelf-life. The standards account for the slightest details, like materials and equipment, and type of overall, used in the pharmaceutical manufacturing process and even the humidity level at the plant.

That’s why GMP is a guarantee of high quality and safety of the manufactured products. All plants which manufacture Vision products have been GMP certified, without exception. Apart from that, these plants have obtained many other essential certificates, as an additional proof of the ultimate quality of the goods produced. 

Nutripharma

This state-of-the-art factory is located in Ireland, one of the world’s ecologically purest regions. It was established in 1998 together by Vision and Arkopharma, one of Europe’s major pharmaceutical company. At Nutripharma, biologically active food supplements are produced by means of a unique technology, known as cryo-grinding. It consists in grinding plant components in an inert nitrogen environment under a temperature of -196° C, which allows to preserve the life-giving power of herbs. Manufacturing process at this plant, as well as its end products (from the floor in production sections and the amount of microorganisms per 1 m3 of air to the employees’ overalls and marking of the products’ packaging) – are absolutely flawless and fully comply with the GMP standard. 

Clinical Trials

Before being released to the consumer market, Vision products pass all the compulsory stages of state registration. Apart from that, the Company voluntarily undertakes extra efforts to ensure complete safety and efficiency of its products. For this purpose, it holds clinical studies at leading industry institutes, laboratories and clinics. In particular, the majority of the Vision food supplements have been clinically tested at the Scientific Research Nutrition Institute of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences; N. N. Blokhin Cancer Research Center of RAMS; Moscow Region Scientific-Research Institute of Obstetrics and Gynecology; St. Petersburg Lesgaft State Academy of the Physical Culture. Similar work is being done together with the Public Health Control Agency of the Lithuanian Ministry of Health and the Lithuanian University of Medical Sciences.

In 2012 after the voluntary supplementary certification the Classic Hit line has acquired the certificates “Brand of the year”.

DEM4 Laboratory

Environmentally Perfect and Highly Efficient 
The concept of social and environmental accountability is an integral part of the Health ideology on which the Vision business is based. The Company is sure that any progress attained to the detriment of environment, natural resources or the human health is in fact a regress. No business, in the opinion of Vision, can be considered ethical and, moreover, socially accountable, if it causes damage to nature or humans. 

The logical result of following the social and environmental accountability concept was the establishment in 2009 of DEM4 virtual laboratory. In this case, the word “virtual” should be seen as inflicting no damage on the environment or human beings.

DEM4 laboratory is engaged in research, development and manufacture of products for sustaining the healthy lifestyle. 

The main objective of the laboratory is to assure the high quality of life. DEM4 moves along to attaining that objective with its innovative approach, clear specialization attitude and flawless quality of its products developed with participation of skilled experts. 

DEM4 laboratory is achieveing the set objective by improving business relations, among other things, and concluding partnership agreements in developing formulas, logistics and marketing support.

DEM4 means Direct Effect Management. As applied to developing products it assumes the full control and support for the production process starting with developing a formula and up to the pattern of promoting the product for consumers. 


Products of Natural Origin

The earth’s flora is a huge, unfailing treasure trove of medicinal substances. Commanding extensive scientific resources, Vision performs regular monitoring of the environmental state of the regions on the globe that are most favorable for the growing of the botanical ingredients that enter into the composition of Vision products. Experts take into account such parameters as the degree of rarefaction of the air, the growing area’s altitude above sea level, average annual temperature, humidity, and intensity of ultraviolet radiation, orientation of the growing area in relation to where light comes from, and prevailing winds. Environmental certificates for the regions are drawn up based on the data collected. It is from the moment that a region is awarded an environmental certificate that the history of the making of each Company capsule, of every Company product begins its dating. 

Botanical ingredients are only gathered at a certain time of the year, because in this case seasonal fluctuations are a decisive factor in maintaining the vital forces of herbs. Then living herbs are placed in special “eco-transporters” and delivered to the factory. The unique technology of cryofracture, or cryogrinding – pulverizing the raw materials in a low temperature environment in an atmosphere of the neutral gas nitrogen – that is used for producing Vision bioactive supplements allows retention of the useful properties of the botanical ingredients without killing the invigorating force of the herbs. 


Biologically active dietary supplements offered by the Vision company are the products of the highly technological processing of natural vegetable raw materials. In addition to an optimal vitamin and mineral complex, they also contain phytocomponents. These components are the biologically active substances of well-known medicinal plants. 

Modern science and technologies make it possible to isolate those biochemical components, or biologically active substances (BAS), which produce the effect we're looking for. These substances – pure and intact BAS – are then used to produce BAFS. We have not made it our goal in this paper to reveal to you in detail the exceedingly subtle mechanisms by which our Bioactive Supplements work, because special expertise would be required to understand this information. But we must say that all these substances are of exclusively natural phytogenic origin, which makes them valuable and active for everyone.

In accordance with them, every producer of pharmaceuticals has to ensure that the following conditions are met: high quality source materials, usage of modern know-how, availability of well-planned buildings and high-technology equipment, and highly qualified production personnel. In addition, all Vision products undergo repeated laboratory and clinical tests before they are made available to consumers. At the same time, they are guaranteed to be safe for anybody using them daily in the recommended dosages.
